How Our Process Works

Step 1
Introductory phone call with discussion of our role as an F.I.
Step 2
In-person "kickoff" appointment with on-site training (1.5 to 2 hours).
Step 3
Follow-up throughout the process (approximately 3-4 business days).
Step 4
Personal phone call when services are to begin.
Step 5
Processing biweekly payroll with direct deposit or pay card.
Step 6
Ongoing communication with mailing of monthly budget statement.
Step 7
Exceptional customer service every step of the way.
